  1. About These Terms
    These terms govern the use of this website and any purchase of goods from LazureEssence International (“we”, “us”), a Hong Kong-based export company, and form the basis of all quotations, orders, and sales.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • This website serves registered business customers (B2B) only. We may request business documentation (e.g., company registration) to approve B2B accounts.
  • Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend accounts that provide false information.
  • Prices shown on this website are indicative wholesale prices. Binding prices are confirmed in written quotations and proforma invoices (PI).
  1. Quotations, Orders & Confirmation
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The binding price is the one stated in the quotation or proforma invoice (PI) issued for your specific order, reflecting quantity, packaging, and Incoterms.
  • An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation or PI. We reserve the right to decline orders without giving reasons.
  1. Payment
  • Payment by bank transfer (T/T) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of bill of lading. Other terms (e.g., L/C at sight) require separate written agreement.
  • Bank charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Production begins upon receipt of the deposit. We may adjust prices for orders not confirmed within 14 days of quotation.
  1. Trade Terms & Shipping
  • Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based on EXW (factory) or FOB (mainland China / Hong Kong port). CIF and other terms are available on request.
  • Delivery times are estimates and run from receipt of deposit and final approval of packaging artwork (for OEM orders).
  • Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms. For CIF shipments, cargo insurance is included; transit damage claims follow our Return & Refund Policy.
  1. Custom, OEM & Private-Label Orders
  • Custom and private-label goods are produced to buyer specifications. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, labels, and regulatory compliance in the destination market (e.g., FDA, EU labeling requirements).
  • The buyer warrants that provided trademarks and artwork do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Once artwork is approved and production starts, such orders cannot be cancelled (see Return & Refund Policy).
  1. Product Information & Quality
  • We aim for accurate descriptions and images. Packaging shown on this website is for reference; OEM packaging is customized to your brand.
  • Pre-shipment inspection is standard. Third-party inspection (SGS, Eurofins) can be arranged at buyer’s cost. Batch COA and lab reports are available on request.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Website content (texts, images, logos) belongs to LazureEssence International or its partners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
  • Buyer trademarks used in OEM production remain the property of the respective buyers.
  1. Confidentiality
  • Business information exchanged (prices, specifications, artwork, client data) is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as needed for order fulfillment.
  1. Force Majeure
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, raw material shortages, or carrier disruptions. Affected obligations are extended accordingly; either party may cancel affected orders if the event persists beyond 60 days.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods in the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
  1. Governing Law & Disputes
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, through the courts or arbitration in Hong Kong.
  1. Changes
  • We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this website applies.
